Het gaat goed met Linux en Ubuntu. Steeds meer mensen proberen alternatieven voor Windows Vista uit en veel mobiele telefoons en netbooks krijgen Linux voorgeïnstalleerd.

En ook columnist John Dvorak van PC Magazine is om: in zijn laatste column beveelt hij Ubuntu warm aan! Wat citaten:

'Almost all the newest hardware coming out has Linux support. The critical mass has been reached, and it's time everyone tried Ubuntu.'
